Especially necromancers, they defeat Death. This stone gives you even more damage resistance, especially against mages, who can really take you down quickly. Other viable options are Nords, with the starting skills and Battlecry or the Redguards with the stamina boost.
Orsimer provide lots of good skills and the Berserker Rage ability justs makes you unstoppable.
Life waves goodbye as Death takes your hand. This build draws on aspects from all different forms of Death, from the mystical Horseman of the Apocalypse to the robed Thanatos, the Greek Aspect of Death.
